What to include in your message
If you're reporting a bug, a short description of what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the browser you're using goes a long way. Screenshots are welcome — just attach them to the email that opens when you click send.
If you're suggesting a new tool, tell us the problem you'd like to solve and, ideally, an example of when you'd use it. We prioritize ideas that help the most people, and we've shipped several tools that started as a single reader email.
